Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using the India Post Dashboard (the "Application") operated by the Circle Office, Haryana (the "Organization"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Application.
2. Eligibility and authorized use
The Application is an internal tool provided exclusively to authorized personnel of the Organization. Access is granted at the discretion of the Organization and may be withdrawn at any time. You must not share your login credentials or use the Application for any purpose other than official organizational work.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity performed under your account. You must notify the Organization immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. The Organization may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or compromise security.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Application to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or India Post policy;
- Enter, store, or transmit unlawful, defamatory, or misleading information;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to data, accounts, or systems;
- Disrupt, overburden, or interfere with the Application's operation;
- Misrepresent your identity, role, or authority.
5. Data
Information entered into the Application is the property of the Organization and is managed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You must only enter information you are authorized to enter, and you should not enter sensitive personal information unless it is required for official purposes.
6. Availability
The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Organization does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Organization may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application at any time with or without notice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organization shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Application.
8. Termination
The Organization may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Application ceases immediately.
9. Changes to these terms
The Organization may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised when changes are made. Continued use of the Application after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
